Instant Breakfast

Breakfast is by far the most important meal of my day. It is a very important meal at my place as I personally feel that it is one that sets the mood and decides my energy levels for the day.

For many of my dieting friends, the first thing on the list to skip is "breakfast". However, I believe if you skip this first meal of the day then you are going to have to skip a lot of things for the day. You are definitely not going to have the energy to sustain a tight schedule. Skipping breakfast is one rule that many on a diet follow. However, this ends up as the main reason for them not being able to achieve their target even after several days and months. It is just not good to skip breakfast.

By skipping breakfast you not only deprive your body of essential nutrition that gives you energy to go through the day's activities but also end up eating more junk food during the day. Missing a meal makes you feel hungry and the body craves for all the wrong things. For satisfying your cravings you would then end up eating more than you would have otherwise.

No breakfast day means a low blood sugar level of sugar to start with. You would just be lazing through the day rather than deal with the tasks head on. Your day is sure to be one of low productivity and complaints. Both energy and concentration levels are affected without the right food to pep start your day. Studies go to show that children who start off their day without breakfast perform very badly in school.

There are a whole lot of options in every cuisine for a delicious great start - a combination of both taste and health. Cereals and milk, toast with eggs (of your choice) and a glass of juice is surely one breakfast that takes care of all your nutritional needs and at the same time gives you the energy to go on face the world.

The same old breakfast recipes every day can however, be very boring. Innovating and experimenting with new recipes is the best way to ensure that your family looks forward to breakfast time. It's not only the adults but kids too like variety and so trying new recipes and ingredients is the key to beginning your day with a smile. Make food more attractive with good presentation and a change of taste that will keep then guessing about all the ingredients that have gone in.

Breakfast Set

You have probably witnessed that eating a healthy breakfast can save you from cravings later during the day and can actually assist your effort in loosing the excess weight you have been carrying around for some time now. But, as time has lately been considered a luxury not many people have during the day and especially during a busy weekday morning, starting the day off with eating a healthy breakfast is now a lost nutritional practice. Between battling work problems and prepare ourselves for another demanding day, we have forgotten to pay attention to the most important meal of the day and usually try to find time to squeeze in a cup of milk or in best cases a whole bowl of cereals. The contemporary fast-paced world has directed people to become superheroes, managing double of even triple careers, but forgetting to manage their own daily food intake. If you think that your body is the only instrument you have to continue performing all the tasks you want, perhaps it is time to pay attention to its nutritional needs and fulfill them accordingly.

But it is more convincing to start our argument from the beginning. Millions of people who skip breakfast and have never invested time in researching the consequences of their act, usually wonder why do experts regard breakfast as the most important meal of the day and how come it is still the most important meal of the day, surpassing the nutritional value of a healthy lunch or even dinner. However, for millions others who do eat a healthy breakfast, their secret to good health lies within this first day's meal. So, it is vital for you to understand why eating breakfast is crucial for your overall heath. While you are sleeping, your body continues to perform its functions and thus consuming resources, but in a lower rate than when you are awake since your metabolism slows down to compensate for the decreased energy needs. After waking up in the morning, because your body does not have enough time to return to its normal state is still experiencing the decreased metabolism state which can be ceased with eating a healthy breakfast. That is actually why it has this particular name "break" the "fasting" process. Thus, a healthy breakfast will end the calorie conservation period and will allow your metabolism to increase to its normal levels. This is why when you actually eat in the morning you feel that your energy levels have increased and you are ready to begin your day's tasks. Moreover, for those of you who are dieting in order to loose weight, you should know that skipping breakfast will not save you from the calories you are trying to avoid. By deciding not to begin your day with a healthy intake, you are not allowing your body's metabolism to go back to its normal state and you actually loose a protein called "leptin" that has been discovered to keep your body working efficiently and thus loosing weight.

Egg Breakfast

This is a different breakfast item the kids love, its easy, fast as things are in this day and time. Rushing around in the morning and still find time to feed the family in less time and nutritious at the same time.
Gather all your ingredients that you need, place everything close to your skillet, place the number of pieces of will need, its good to ask or estimate how many each member will eat, place the shot glass in the middle of a piece of bread, push down to make an indention, take the piece out lay aside, do this to all pieces of bread you will use.
cut your butter into pats of butter, heat up your enough to melt a pat of butter, when its ready place your bread in without the hole, crack open an egg and put in that hole in the bread, just like you are frying an egg, fry till egg looks set, back of bread should be brown but not dark brown, flip bread over and fry other side trying not to break yolk, insert the hole of the bread in skillet on the side of bread to lightly brown also when egg and bread are cooked as desired place on a plate, continue till all are done.

Cheap Breakfast

There are several ways to show your love. Breakfast in bed is one way to express your love. You can always surprise your partner with a breakfast in bed whenever your partner is in a relaxed mood. Food is the best way to enter the heart. And preparing a breakfast and serving it in bed adds all the fun and sweetness to it. Whenever you and your partner are in a relaxed mood go for a breakfast in bed.

You have different options at your end to have a breakfast in bed. Firstly you could just keep it as a surprise. You could get up early morning and get burger or something your partner prefers at breakfast to serve it as a surprise. You could also prepare it with your own hands and surprise your partner. Secondly you could just tell him to relax while you prepared the breakfast and get it to bed within minutes and make it a very homely affair.

You can keep different steps in mind while giving a surprise of breakfast in bed. Make sure to do some of the preparations before hand. You could set the flower vase and prepare the tray earlier the previous night. If you feel you are going to take a along time then do some of the preparations the previous night, after all you have to serve the breakfast on time. So make it a point to do some of the preparations beforehand so that it is not much of botheration to you and you prepare the breakfast on time.

When your breakfast is ready creep in quietly and put it out on the table aside. Then wake your partner to have the lavish breakfast made by you. For sure your lover is going to love it. After all bed and breakfast together is a great idea. Your effort is definitely going to be appreciated. If your mate knows you are making breakfast then you could ask what your partner would prefer to have maybe scrambled eggs with Swiss cheese or some cheese sandwiches. Definitely your mate will enjoy the breakfast of his choice that is prepared by you.

Breakfast Cereal

Do you know a breakfast cereal ?. A breakfast cereal or the name you simply called is cereal ,it is a packaged food product made from cereal lintended to be consumed as part of a breakfast .It is usually eaten cold as a ready-to-eat meal and mixed with a liquid, such as milk or water , though occasionally yoghurt and fruit are also added. The exception to the rule are cereals such as oatmeal and porridge , which are eaten hot.

Breakfast cereals have their beginnings in the vegetarian movement in the last quarter of the nineteenth century, which influenced members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the United States. The main Western breakfast at that time was a cooked breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage, and beef. The first breakfast cereal, Granula (named after granules) was invented in the United States in 1863 by James Caleb Jackson, operator of the Jackson Sanitorium in Warsaw, New York and a staunch vegetarian. The cereal never became popular; it was far too inconvenient, as the heavy bran nuggets needed soaking overnight before they were tender enough to eat.

The next generation of breakfast cereals was considerably more convenient, and, combined with clever marketing, they finally managed to catch on. In 1877, John Harvey Kellogg, operator of the Battle Creek Sanitarium in Battle Creek, Michigan, invented a biscuit made of ground-up wheat , oat , and cornmeal for his patients suffering from bowel problems. The product was initially also named "Granula", but changed to "Granola" after a lawsuit. His most famous contribution, however, was an accident.After leaving a batch of boiled wheat soaking overnight and rolling it out, Kellogg had created wheat flakes. His brother Will Keith Kellogg later invented corn flakes from a similar method, bought out his brother's share in their business, and went on to found the Kellogg Company in 1906.With his shrewd marketing and advertising, Kellogg's sold their one millionth case after three years.

In the 1930s, the first puffed cereal, Kix, went on the market. Beginning after World War II, the big breakfast cereal companies – now including General Mills, who entered the market in 1924 with Wheaties – increasingly started to target children. Sugar was added, and the once-healthy breakfasts began to look starkly different from their fiber-rich ancestors; Kellogg's Sugar Smacks, created in 1953, had 56% sugar by weight.Different mascots were introduced, first with the Rice Krispies elves and later pop icons like Tony the Tiger and the Trix Rabbit.
